Alderman Arthur Bockett JP was Mayor of Southend on Sea, 1926 - 1927, a Governor of the School and President of the Old Southendian Association, 1936 - 1937.
The Key is part of the collection of civic regalia held by the Southend Museum, and the Association is grateful to Ken Crowe, Keeper, Human History at Southend Museums for supplying these photographs.
