We are a friendly club based at Garon Park in Southend-on-Sea, with out grounds at Shoebury Parkand Shoebury Garrison.
The Club has been providing cricket for over one hundred years, and presently operates 5 open age Saturday teams in the Hamro Foundation Essex League, a Saturday 6th XI playing friendly fixtures, as well as an open age Sunday team playing friendly fixtures against local sides. We also proudly operate a Women’s team, “The Seagals” who play friendly, social fixtures.
We also have an active Youth Section, providing both training and matches to children at U11, U13, U15, U17 and U19 level.
The Club's Youth Cricket indoor coaching programme runs from November to April in the Sports Hall at Thorpe Hall School for boys and girls in the winter months. Adult coaching takes place at the same venue from January to April. Youth Cricket coaching - including ECB All Stars, a fantastic first experience of cricket for children aged 5-8 years old - then continues on Friday evenings at Garon Park from April to September.
